Booking Procedures

Thank you for your interest in the Lot 17, Stankey family cabin at Hume.

1. Call David Stankey at 949 201-9861 to verify the week you are interested in is open. Rentals are for a week at a time, Saturday through Saturday of that week.   Also complete the forms under the forms & instruction tab.

2.  If the week is available, you will need to send a check for the entire amount, $1200 for the week. Please leave the cabin clean. 

3. You will need to send with your deposit the signed completed Rental forms, which can be found on the website and printed out.

4. Please send $1,200 for the week & the Rental Form to David Stankey 1958 Gum Tree Lane, Fallbrook, CA 92028. After we receive the deposit check and process it, the booking will be confirmed and we will send an email notification.

5. Once payment is complete and renter forms are received, we will sign and forward the paperwork to Hume before your arrival.  We will also send you an email confirmation. 

6. The cabin will be checked after departure – please leave it in a clean state for the next family or guest. Please see the cleaning checklist on this site.
