1.  Summer rate $1200 Sat. to Sat.

2. Once you have selected your week,  email us of your interest at DavidStankey@att.net or call 949 201 9861 but if we don't answer, email. We will contact you within a week (probably sooner) to let you know if the cabin is available for the week you desire.

3. Rental forms on the website need to be printed, filled out, signed and sent to David Stankey 1958 Gum Tree Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028 with the $1200 check.

4. After we receive both the check and rental agreement form, the booking will be confirmed and we will send an email notification.

5. We expect YOU to clean the cabin before you leave.​ Please report any broken items.
