1.  Summer rate $850 Sat. to Sat.

2. Once you have selected your week,  email us of your interest at DavidStankey@att.net or call 949 201 9861 but if we don't answer, email. We will contact you within a week (probably sooner) to let you know to send a check for the $1000, $850 for the week & $150 cleaning deposit. 

3. Rental forms on the website need to be printed, filled out, signed and sent with the $1000 check.

4. After we receive both the check and rental agreement form, the booking will be confirmed and we will send an email notification.

5. We expect YOU to clean the cabin before you leave.​ The cleaning deposit of $150  will be refunded when the cabin is left clean. Please report any broken items.
